My wife and I have worked in the Restaurants, Hospitals, and Hotel Industry for over 55 years combined. I have been a Chef for more then 20 years and my wife has mastered the front of the house. The hospitality industry is in our blood, we live and breath the Culinary world.

I have been a member of the Chefs De cuisine of San Diego (I have recently been elected to the board of directors.)  and the American Culinary Federation since 1990.

Over the years we have worked in many different kinds of kitchens and dinning rooms large and small, some well equipped, some not so much.
