Romain Lettuce BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad

This summer time salad will sure to impress.With it’s smoky tangy dressing.

BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad

3oz. – Romain lettuce
2oz. – Roasted fresh corn (removed from husk)
2oz -  Black Beans (cooked)
4oz – Chicken breast or grilled shrimp
2oz. – Red pepper (cut Julianne)
2oz. – BBQ sauce
2oz. – Ranch dressing
2oz. – Cheddar cheese (grated)
2oz. – Roma Tomatoes (fresh,diced)

Preparation:
Cut and wash romain lettuce (let drain)
Roast corn and cook black beans (until tender,and drain) let both cool enough to handle. Remove corn kernels from husk, and rinse the Black beans quickly and let drain.
Grill chicken breast or shrimp, mix together BBQ sauce and ranch dressing set aside.
Grate chedder and dice tomato,julianne bell pepper.
Toss lettuce, corn, black beans and dressing in a bowl, put mix onto a plate top with chicken or shrimp top with bell pepper, chedder cheese, and diced tomato
