Kiwi Vinaigrette
3 to 4 – Kiwi fruit,peeled and halved
1/4 cup – Red wine vinegar
2 tbls. – Honey

Citrus Orange Vinaigrette – Light Dressing

This is a light and refreshing vinaigrette dressing made quick and easy with few ingredients, great for summer salads.
It is so light … not over powering, yet sweet and full of flavor.

Fresh Herb – red wine – vinaigrette

Using fresh herbs in dressings is so much better then using dry.
Herb red wine vinaigrette
1/4cup – Olive oil
2tbls. – Red wine vinegar
1tbls. – Oregano (fresh chopped)
2tsp. – Rosemary (fresh chopped)
1tsp. – Whole grain mustard
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Coleslaw Dressing
1cup – Mayo
1cup – Sour cream

This recipe is liter then a traditional Waldorf dressing, I don’t use mayonnaise.
This recipe makes 2 cups, but you can cut it down to amounts you want.
Waldorf Salad Dressing
1oz. – shallots(fine chopped)

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Vinaigrette
1cup – Balsamic vinegar
1/2cup – Red wine vinegar
1 1/2tsp – Dijon mustard
1/2tsp. – Brown sugar
1/4tsp. – Salt
1/2tsp. – Black pepper
1/2clove – Garlic (chopped)
1 1/2cup – Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Put all ingredients but the olive oil into a bowl and wisk together till blended, then while whipping add the olive oil slowly until all in.

Miso is a high-protein seasoning that has been central to Japanese culture and cuisine for centuries.
This is a glaze that tastes great on grilled salmon.
Miso Glaze

1cup – low sodium soy sauce
