Greek Salad – Chicken

Here is a version of a Greek salad that I really enjoy! With this salad you can increase or decrease any amount of ingredients to customize the salad to your likes or dislikes.

Greek Salad With Grilled Chicken

4OZ. – Chicken Breast (grilled)
4OZ. – Romain Lettuce
1/2EA. – Cucumber
1EA. – Tomato (wedged)
1OZ. – Garbanzo Beans
6EA – Kalamata Olives
1OZ – Red Onion (Sliced Thin)
2OZ. – Fetta Cheese (Cubed)
3oz. – Greek Dressing

Preparation: To prepare your salad, Cut your romain into bite size pieces, slice cucumber, dice Tomato, slice Red onion, drain olives and garbanzo beans and cube Fetta cheese. Grill Chicken breast and let cool or you can add it to your salad at the last min.. You can fan the chicken breast or dice it up to add to salad. You can put all ingredients to a bowl with dressing and toss to mix well and arrange on plate. Or you can arrange the salad any why you like.
