A few of the board members of San Diego Chefs de Cuisine and some friends had lunch at SOAR with Michel Escoffier the great grandson of Auguste Escoffier ( the father of modern cuisine as we know it today). It was a great privilege and honor to meet and talk with him. Pictured here (not in order) is Julie Darling, Marie Kelly, Michel Escoffier, Michael Aims, David Chenelle, John Bennett, Jeff Roberto.
