Miso Glaze

Miso is a high-protein seasoning that has been central to Japanese culture and cuisine for centuries.
This is a glaze that tastes great on grilled salmon.
Miso Glaze
1cup – miso paste
1cup – low sodium soy sauce
1/2cup – Brown sugar
1tsp. – Sesame oil
2tsp – Garlic (chopped)
preparation:
Combine all ingredients, mix well, lightly spread over salmon and cook normally.
makes 2 1/2 cups
