Survival Menus for the next disaster
DAY 1
Breakfast: Cereal with Soy Milk
Lunch: Tuna Casserole: 2 pouches Tuna, Penne pasta, 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup,
Dinner: Red Beans and Rice with Sausage,
Red Beans, Rice, Chili sauce, 1 can Vienna sausage, 1 can of mixed Vegetables.
DAY 2
Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup, oil.
Lunch: Chicken Stir fry: 2 cans of Chicken, Chow mien Noodles, Teriyki Marinade, canned Corn, Green Beans, and Bamboo Shoots.
Dinner: Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce.
DAY 3
Breakfast: Hot Cereal with Soy Milk.
Lunch: Turkey Casserole: 2 cans Turkey, 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 # Rigatoni Pasta, 1 can Green Beans.
Dinner: Chicken chili and Beans: Pinto Beans, Enchilada sauce, 2 cans Chicken.
DAY 4
Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup, oil.
Lunch: Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce.
Dinner: Red Beans and Rice with Sausage,
Red Beans, Rice, Chili sauce, 1 can Vienna sausage, 1 can of mixed Vegetables.
