2010 The San Diego County Fair from June 11th 2010 To July 5th 2010
This is the sixth largest fair in North America!

The theme this year is:

“Taste the Fun”

Are you a culinary professional, or a “Foodie”, or just someone who likes to watch culinary competitions, and seminars. Come on out and TASTE THE FUN.

The Chefs de Cuisine Association of San Diego is partnering with the San Diego County Fair for 22 days. The Chefs de Cuisine Association of San Diego is one of the sponsors. We will be in charge of a 23000 square foot building. That’s huge!

The culinary series will feature many chefs and culinary students from San Diego and the southwestern region of the United States. This will take place in the Theme Exhibit in the Activity Center at the fairgrounds.
We (As I’m on the Board of Directors, I am trying to get the word out) will make this event a major success for our Association. This is the right time for you to help us by coming out to the fair and supporting us and putting the Chefs de Cuisine of San Diego out front as a leader in the Culinary Arts for our city and community. Join us and help make it happen.
