Waldorf Salad – Dressing

This recipe is liter then a traditional Waldorf dressing, I don’t use mayonnaise.
This recipe makes 2 cups, but you can cut it down to amounts you want.

Waldorf Salad Dressing

1oz. – shallots(fine chopped)
1oz. – Garlic (fine chopped)
1 1/2tbls. – Dijon mustard
1/3cup – Extra virgin olive oil
2tbls. – Red wine vinegar
pinch – Salt and pepper(to taste)

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients except oil and whisk well, while whisking ad oil slowly.
